Some words from the team, and update 1.1


Hello!

It's been close to a week since we released our prototype for Kato on Itch, and we just can't believe the reception it's been receiving! It warms all of our hearts to see all your comments and videos, and hearing how the game brought you joy... It truly makes all of our work worth it :D

While the prototype itself might be done, we haven't been completely quiet for the past week, and have been working on a small patch addressing some of the problems the game might have had, and changing or adding a few things we wanted to that we didn't have time for earlier. We still consider the game done, but we might address some bugs and small things in small patches in the future.

Since I'm personally very much a fan of patch notes, I've whipped these up for you :D
Do note that we can't guarantee your old saves will still work 100% correctly, it's just not something we can do at this time. If you have any problems try starting a new game. Nevertheless, patch note time!

Patch Notes 1.1
-Added a missing tunnel, preventing Kato from being able to get stuck in a certain place in the world.
-Fixed some of the villager's habit of hovering above ground, sorry guys :P
-Fixed some minor spelling errors and missing spaces in dialogue.
-Fixed it so Kirk won't let you play with the sheep until you helped some villagers, as initially intended.
-Fixed pathing problems with some villagers getting stuck, hopefully it shouldn't happen as much anymore.
-Changed some dialogue for a certain talkative bonehead :P
-Minor terrain graphical fixes.
-Fixed button prompts showing up during the credits sequence.
-Added someone that wanders somewhere...
